Placing an order is pretty simple. Just follow the steps below:

• Select the quantity of citations you would like to purchase.
• Click on the “BUY NOW” button located directly under your selection.
• You will then be directed to a form where you will have to enter all the required information.
• Confirm your order and make the payment through PayPal.
• The final report will be sent to the email address provided during check out. Please make sure you have entered it correctly.

Unfortunately, the payments can only be made through PayPal as of now. If you are not signed up with PayPal already, you can do so within minutes for absolutely no charge.

We do not offer any discounts on large orders because our prices are relatively lower than most of our adversaries. We also believe in charging all customers fairly whether they are individuals or a business.

Always! All orders of our local directory submission packages will receive only new submissions to local directories.

Before we make any submissions, we check whether the listing for a business is already there. If it is, we check for any discrepancies between the information that is displayed on the directory and the information provided to us. If everything matches, we move on to another high PR directory for the submissions. Keeping our promise, we will always provide our customers with new submissions.

All of our highly experienced team members follow identical procedures to guarantee you the same high quality of service every time you place an order.
Our team member closely follow the procedure below for a 100% manual submission:

• The local directories will be selected by one of our valued professionals based on its suitability to your business.
• We will then create a unique email address to help with the submissions.
• Our team will start checking the chosen local directories to see if your business has already been listed. (if it is not, step 4 is skipped)
• If it is, new directories will be chosen to replace the ones that already have your business listed.
• Our team members will then enter your business information manually and accurately.
• We then validate the verification emails.
• Should the listing get auto-approved, we compile the profile URL in the report.
• For any listing that is not automatically approved, we include the login credentials for that directory in the report. Our clients are able to access that directory listing at a later time.
• The report is then generated, finalized and sent out to our clients.

Most local directories require a user to input the following information about their business:

• The business’s website URL addresses
• Any keywords associated with the business
• A couple of words describing the type of business
• Names of the business and the owner
• Business address
• Contact numbers (phone and/or fax)
• Email address
• The founding date of the business
• How many employees work for the business
• The hours of operation
• A video link about the business (or a promotional video)
• Any links to social networking sites such as Facebook, Google+, and Instagram.
• The brand or business logo
• Any photos related to your business or brand

Please make sure to provide us with all the available information at the time of placing your order. You may also provide us with a list of local directories that you would want to see your business listed on.

Due to the nature of these listings, it is out of our control to assert whether these listings will become live or not. Having said that, from our past experiences it is known that a vast majority of the listings that we submit do become live, especially on the auto-approving directories.

You can be absolutely sure that at least 80% of the listings will actually go live. Although, depending on each individual case, this number may be a lot higher.

Yes, you will be able to confirm the listings. After the completion of your order, you will be sent a final report outlining whether a submission was auto-approved or not. For every submission that was auto-approved, you will receive a link to double check your listing. For any submissions that are to be manually approved by the local directory, you will receive the login credentials that will become active a couple of days after the submission.

Although, most local directories do not require to do any kind of verification by phone, a couple of high-end directories (such as yelp.com, citysquares.com, and yellowbot.com) will call in to confirm if all the information provided is legitimate.

The selection process for local directories is based on a number of criteria as outlined below:

• Does the local directory have a high PR?
• Does this directory have a large traffic volume that can be directed to our client’s website when it becomes live?
• How long will it take for the links to become live?
• How good is its domain authority? How well will it appear in searches?

In unclear situations, our experts will go above and beyond by researching websites of your contenders to find out directories where they have posted and to post your listing there. As much as we would love to, we are unable to share full listings because our team works really hard in order to continuously compile these lists for our clients. Nevertheless, in an effort to give our clients an idea of what kind of high quality local directories we choose for them, we are able to provide a small sample list.

Once you choose a package, pay and provide us with campaign details, we will first contact you to confirm your order. Then, when the order is finished, we will send you a detailed report of all work done, so you can check the links or login and check the listings yourself.

We will send you an email stating that your order is complete. It is with this email that we will send you a verifiable report that will allow you to check the links.

Our average turnaround time is 4 business days. Although, with larger orders or during our busy times, the order may get delayed and take up to a maximum of 14 days. We request our clients to please be patient and allow us to work on your order for full 14 days before contacting us. In most cases, the delayed orders are completed well before the 14 days time period.

Currently, we offer services for USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. Please contact us if the country you want the listing for is not included in the list. It is quite possible that we can get the job done for you as we are hoping to expand our services worldwide.
